In 1975, M/s Arun Industries commenced its operations with a conventional machine shop arrangement comprising approximately ten lathes, two radial drills, three shaping machines, and a heavy-duty milling machine. The company focused on producing essential components for sugar factories, including a wide range of items such as sprockets, roller flanges, chain and chain spares, mill couplings, trash plates, and scraper plates. These products were distributed across India, particularly in Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat.
M/s Anil Iron & Steel Industries (AISI) was started in 1990 as a cupola foundry for a precision component manufacturing company headquartered in Kolhapur, India. With over 30 years of experience, AISI is one of the leading suppliers of Cast Iron and Steel parts to all major companies across India, from weight 100gms to 100kgs casting range. AISI core competency lies in manufacturing highly critical parts supplied to the automobile, coupling, and pipe sectors with quality, safety, and performance.
His leadership as a chairman of the group companies with a keen eye for cutting-edge technology implementation has ensured consistent growth in customer satisfaction and, thereby, business volumes. Endowed with a profound knowledge of the foundry business, he has held a position as a Board Member of the Govt. College of Engineering in Karad. Furthermore, since 1998, he has been an engaged member of the Shiroli Manufacturers Association Kolhapur (SMAK).
Entering as the second generation, Mr. Prithviraj Nikam has infused the company with fresh ideas as it strives to transition from conventional methods to an automated foundry utilizing cutting-edge technology.
As Managing Director of Nikam Industries, I lead our dedicated team in the production of high-quality cast iron and ductile iron components. With a strong commitment to precision and innovation, we cater to the diverse needs of industries such as automotive, Agriculture ,pump, and valves. Our focus on cutting-edge technology and stringent quality control ensures that we deliver reliable solutions that exceed expectations.
As the CEO of Nikam Industries, I hold the position of Chief Executive Officer. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the company. With 12 years of experience in the foundry industry, I am dedicated to leading Nikam Industries towards continued growth and success.
